Even though the UK is no longer part of the EU, travelling to the UK to attend a short summer course is just as easy as before.
EU and EEA students and students from many other countries can still travel to the UK without a visa and study for up to 6 months. The only change is that all students need a passport to travel and can no longer enter the UK with a National ID Card.
Certain nationalities that previously required a Study Visa such as Russian and Chinese nationals can now study on a Standard Visitor Visa.

COVID-19
The UK Government has removed all travel restrictions for eligible fully-vaccinated passengers.
This includes all under-18s, no matter what country they are travelling from or their vaccination status.
Even unvaccinated under 18s are free to enter the UK.
