Booking Procedure
1) You make your booking using our PDF registration form or via our Parent Portal.
2) We send you a Provisional Booking Confirmation and Deposit Invoice.
3) You pay the deposit.
4) Once we receive your deposit, we send you the full booking confirmation documents.
5) If you need a visa, we send you a visa invitation letter with our confirmation documents..
6) At this stage, you can book transport for the student (train or flight).
7) You send us the transport details so that we can arrange the transfer from the airport or train station to the school. The transfer is included in the fees for selected airports / train stations for all residential courses.
8) The deposit payment is fully refundable in case of cancellation before 1 May 2026.
9) The full payment is due on 1 May 2026.
