Campus Staff

On this page you can meet a selection of the staff members you may encounter across our different centres and programmes. While teams may vary slightly by location, every campus is supported by three core teams working together to ensure a safe, enriching, and engaging experience for all students.

Welfare Team
Our Welfare Team is here to support students’ wellbeing, safety, and personal care throughout their stay. They act as a trusted point of contact for pastoral support, helping students settle in, feel secure, and navigate any personal concerns.

Academic Team
Our Academic Team plans and delivers engaging lessons tailored to different levels and specialisms. They focus on language development, confidence building, and academic progress, ensuring each student is supported in their learning journey.

Activities Team
Our Activities Team creates a vibrant programme of social events, sports, activities, excursions, and cultural experiences. They help students make friends, explore new interests, and make the most of life on campus beyond the classroom.

Management Team
Each campus is led by an experienced Management Team who oversee the smooth running of the programme. This typically includes the Centre Manager, who has overall responsibility for the campus; the Welfare Manager, who ensures student wellbeing and safeguarding standards; the Activities Manager, who designs and delivers the social programme; and the Administrator, who supports daily operations and coordination.

“I really enjoy working with young people and boarding allows me the opportunity to watch the students grow and fulfil their potential.”
