We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible experience our son had at BSS. At first, he was understandably anxious about being away from us, and the separation was tough on all of us. But the staff showed such kindness, patience, and empathy—not just toward him, but toward our whole family. Their support made all the difference. By day four, he was already asking to extend his stay, which speaks volumes about how welcomed and connected he felt. We wholeheartedly credit the staff for helping him settle in and build friendships. We’re already looking forward to coming back.
