Initial contracts are normally up to 1 - 4 weeks. Contract extensions may then be offered and are dependent on performance and student numbers.
Development and Promotion Opportunities. During the summer we look to see how staff are performing. Outstanding staff will be given the opportunity to shadow their manager to enable them to apply the following year for a management position.
